The Vessel Hope Visa Gift Card
1. What is a Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card?
The Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card allows you or your recipient to shop at millions of locations worldwide - anywhere Visa® Cards are accepted. It looks like any Visa® Card, but because it is a Prepaid Card your spending is limited to the amount of money placed on the card by the purchaser.
Each time you use your Gift Card, the purchase amount is automatically deducted from your Card balance. Before you go shopping, you'll need to know how much money you have available. The merchant cannot tell you how much money you have remaining on the Gift Card.
Knowing your balance before you shop will help to ensure that your Gift Card is accepted. You can check your balance anytime at www.VesselHope.com or by calling the toll free number at 877-944-3822.
If you purchased or were given a Vessel Hope™ Prepaid ATM Card that bears the Cirrus and Interlink logo on the backside of the card it offers you the ability to withdrawl cash from an ATM that also displays the Cirrus and/or Interlink logo. 2. Does my Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card have a PIN?
Our "Standard" Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Cards do NOT require a PIN. If you find the merchant is requesting a PIN than the merchant ran the card through incorrectly, please inform the merchant to run the Card through as if it were a credit card and this will eliminate the request of a PIN from the terminals that the card is being swiped through.
3. Can I reload my Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card?
Our Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Cards do NOT have the capability to have funds added to them.
4. Does the Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card have an expiration date?
Yes. It expires 24 months from the purchase date, as indicated on the front of the Gift Card.
5. Where can the Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card be used?
The Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card can be used at any merchant location that accepts Visa® cards.
The only locations that Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Cards can not be used are at online casino sites and at money gram services such as Western Union.
If you have purchased or were given a Vessel Hope™ ATM Visa® Gift Card you can withdrawal cash from an ATM that displays the Cirrus and/or Interlink logo.

7. Is there a fee to create a corporate or consumer account?
No, there is not a fee to create a corporate or consumer account. Once you have signed up for a corporate account you have access to many features such as invoice history, repeat ordering based on past order history, transaction histories of gift card purchases and much more!

8. Can a Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card be non-personalized/anonymous?
Yes. In place of the first and last name fields you can insert your company name or even the text "Gift Card", this will allow you to have a non personalized Gift Card. Please note, some internet merchants require the name and address that is listed for the Gift Card, therefore, it will be important to ensure that the cardholder is aware of the address listed, otherwise purchases may be declined through the internet.

10. What happens if there are still funds available when my Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card expires?
We encourage you to use the entire gift amount before the gift card expires. There's a $15 administrative fee to close out the account (or the remaining balance if it's less than $15). If the remaining balance of the gift card is $25.00 or greater after applicable fees, it will be reissued in the form of a new gift card. If the remaining balance is $24.99 or less after applicable fees, the balance would be returned to the recipient by check within six to eight weeks upon written request from the cardholder. Without proper written request a refund on the gift card will not be honored.
11. How does my Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card work?

12. Will the gift recipient receive a statement?
We offer online statements for the cardholder that has registered their gift card online. We do not offer mailed paper statements of gift card transactions or histories. You can review your current balance, transactions and history online FREE of charge through this website.

13. How do I know the balance on my Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card?
You can verify the remaining balance by visiting VesselHope.Giftcards.com or calling our toll free number (1-877-944-3822) that is provided on the back of the Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card. Tracking your purchases and returns will help you remember the Gift Card balance. The merchant cannot tell you how much money you have remaining on the Gift Card, knowing your balance before you shop will help assure that your Gift Card is accepted.
If you have purchased or someone has purchased for you a Vessel Hope™ ATM Visa® Gift Card, you can check your balance at any ATM that displays the Cirrus and/or Interlink logo. There is a fee of $1.00 per balance inquiry that is applied directly to the gift card. For additional information regarding the Vessel Hope™ ATM Visa® Gift Card, please refer to the FAQ's that are associated to the ATM Gift Card.
14. Can the Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card ever have a negative balance?
Any authorization request that is greater than the Gift Card's available balance will be declined. However, there can be times when a Visa® merchant puts an item through without prior authorization. If this happens and you exceed your Gift Card's limit, you will be billed for the excess amount. If the negative amount is greater than $5.00 then a $15.00 service fee will be added to the total amount due.

15. What happens if my Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card is lost or stolen?
If your gift card is lost or was stolen, please contact us immediately by calling our toll free number at 877-944-3822. Our customer support team is available for you 24/7. Be sure to give as much detailed information as possible to ensure that proper investigation can be handled in an expeditious manner.
You do have the option to have a replacement Gift Card minus a $5.00 fee -- (see the Terms and Conditions for current fee) will be transferred to the new Gift Card.
16. Is the Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card a Credit Card?
The Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card is NOT a Visa® Credit Card. The gift card carries a fixed cash amount determined by the purchaser at the time of purchase. Each time the Gift Card is used, the purchase amount is deducted from the available balance.
17. How does a Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card differ from a traditional credit card?
The Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card is Visa-branded and resembles regular credit and cards. The difference: Prepaid cards are spending tools that have been funded, in advance, by the card purchaser. If a company or an individual gives someone a Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card they've already applied a fixed amount of funds to the card. Once this amount is completely spent, the recipient can either dispose of the card or retain it as a keepsake of the original gift. By contrast, traditional credit cards are not only for making purchases, but are designed as potential, long-term tools for credit-building and personal financial transactions.

Anyone. Friends, relatives, business associates. It's a gift that can be used everywhere Visa® Cards are accepted.
19. Can I transfer funds from one Gift Card to another?
No, you cannot transfer funds from one Gift Card to another.
20. Are there any fees associated with using the Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card?
Yes, a $0.35 fee is assessed to your Gift Card upon each transaction. International usage and fees vary and may be applicable.
A $2.50 monthly maintenance fee - which is waived for the first 6 months of the card life - is assessed starting on the 7th month from when the card was issued.

22. Can my Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card be used outside of the United States?
Yes, you can use your Vessel Hope™ Standard and ATM Gift Card outside of the United States at any location that accepts Visa® Prepaid Gift Cards. If using the gift card internationally there is a conversion fee that is applied to the gift card, which is 3% and a $2.00 flat fee per transaction.

23. Can the Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card be used for online gambling?
No, The Gift of Hope and the Standard Gift Card cannot be used for online gambling, the transaction will be declined.
ATM Card
1. Can I use the Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card at an ATM to withdraw money?
Yes, you can withdrawal cash from an ATM machine if you purchased or were given a Vessel Hope™ Visa® ATM gift card that bears the Cirrus or Interlink logo on the backside of the gift card. Vessel Hope™ will deduct a $3.25 service charge for each withdrawal, please note the institution that owns the terminal (or the network) may also assess a fee (surcharge) at the time of your transaction, including balance inquiries. Your withdrawal limit is $150 per day and not to exceed the value of the gift card.
2. What are the costs per card for a Vessel Hope™ ATM Visa® Gift Card?
You can purchase your Vessel Hope™ online at www.Vessel Hope in various denominations.
Payment method for online consumers is with a form of credit card, we accept: Visa, MasterCard and AMEX.

3. How do I obtain my PIN?
Once you are in receipt of your Vessel Hope™ ATM Visa® Gift Card you need to activate your card by registering your ATM Gift Card online through our Hope Manager. Before you can take advantage of our Gift Manager, you will need to have a free account set up with Vessel Hope. Signup for your free Gift Manager Account HERE
Once you have registered your gift card your PIN number will be displayed, please make a note of this number and keep it in a secure place for future reference.
If you forget your PIN you can request another PIN by simply going to your online account and choosing the option to obtain a new PIN. A $0.50 fee is applied to the gift card for all new PIN requests.
4. Can I add funds to my Vessel Hope™ ATM Gift Card?
No, you can NOT add funds to the Vessel Hope™ ATM Visa® Gift Card.
5. At which ATM machines can I use my Vessel Hope™ Visa® ATM Card?
You can use your ATM card at virtually any ATM machine that bears the Cirrus and Interlink logo.
6. Is there a fee per transaction when using my Vessel Hope™ ATM Visa® Gift Card?
Yes, a $0.35 fee is assessed to your Gift Card upon each signature-based transaction. There is a $0.50 fee for each PIN based transaction.
7. How much cash can I withdraw from an ATM when using my Vessel Hope™ ATM Visa® Gift Card?
You may withdraw up to $150 per day using the Vessel Hope™ Visa® ATM gift card. Funds cannot be withdrawn beyond the available balance.
8. Can I obtain cash back from a merchant at the register?
Yes, you can obtain cash back from a merchant location that displays the Cirrus or Interlink logo. A $3.25 Cash Advance Fee is assessed to your Vessel Hope™ ATM Gift Card per cash advance transaction.
9. Can my Vessel Hope™ ATM Visa® Gift Card be used at international ATM's?
Yes, you can use your Vessel Hope™ ATM Visa® Gift Card at any ATM location that displays the Cirrus or Interlink logo worldwide. Fees are associated to both domestic and international withdrawals and are as follows:
$3.25 per each Domestic ATM Withdrawal
$5.00 per each International ATM Withdrawal
10. What are the benefits of purchasing a Vessel Hope™ ATM Visa® Gift Card?
ATM cards provide you with a convenient way to get cash and check how much money you have in your gift card. ATMs make cash available 24 hours a day, seven days a week at many locations. You can use ATMs that display the Cirrus or Interlink logo which are located at several bank locations as well grocery and drug stores, office buildings, and street corners across the United States and worldwide.
ATM cards can often be used to buy things. When you buy something using your ATM card, the money is taken directly from your Gift Card. Some stores allow you to get cash back from your gift card when you buy something with your Vessel Hope™ ATM Visa® Gift card.
11. Can I change my PIN?
Yes, you can change your PIN at any point by requesting a PIN change, you can do this by logging into your online account and submitting the appropriate request online. A new PIN will be generated and a fee will be assessed to your gift card, the fee is $0.50 per PIN change.
12. Can I check my remaining balance on a Vessel Hope™ ATM Visa® Gift Card?
Yes, you can check the balance on a Vessel Hope™ ATM Visa® Gift Card. Inquiries can be made at an ATM machine that displays the Cirrus and or Interlink logo. The cost is $1.00 per balance inquiry and is deducted directly from the Vessel Hope™ Visa® ATM card. The $1.00 fee is in addition to any fee charged by the bank or owner for use of the ATM.
13. Does my Vessel Hope™ ATM Visa® Gift Card have a PIN?
Yes, if you have purchased or were given a Vessel Hope™ ATM Visa® Gift Card a PIN is required. To identify if you have a Vessel Hope™ ATM Visa® Gift Card please refer to the back of your gift card. If your gift card displays the Cirrus and Interlink logo then the gift card is a Vessel Hope™ ATM Visa® Gift Card.
14. Why did I get locked out from using the ATM?
You have 3 attempts at using your Vessel Hope™ ATM Visa® Gift Card at ATM locations. If you do not know your PIN and attempt to withdrawal funds the ATM will lock your account for security purposes. Your account will not be available for 24 hours thereafter.
You may obtain your PIN from your account that you have created online when registering and activating your Vessel Hope™ ATM Visa® Gift Card. You can register your card by creating an account at Vessel Hope™ HERE.
15. What happens if my Vessel Hope™ ATM Visa® Gift Card is lost or stolen?
You need to contact us immediately if any type of Vessel Hope™ Gift Card has been lost or stolen.
To Report a Lost/Stolen VISA card contact our toll-free number at 704-644-2924. Our customer service team is available 24/7. Please provide as much information as possible. Vessel Hope™ will conduct a complete investigation and will close the gift card immediately.

1. Where can I use my Gift of Hope?
Your Gift of Hope Account can be used online or over the phone through merchants that accept Visa.
2. Is there an expiration date for the Vessel Hope™ Gift of Hope Account?
Yes. The expiration date is 24 months from date of issue.
3. I did not receive my Vessel Hope™ Gift of Hope Account.
Since the Vessel Hope™ Gift of Hope Account is never sent as a physical gift the recipient needs to create and account and access their Gift of Hope through the Gift Manager.
4. What is the cost to purchase a Vessel Hope™ Gift of Hope Account?
There is a $4.00 processing fee associated with the purchase of the Gift of Hope Account.
5. What fees are associated with the Gift of Hope?
A $0.35 fee is assessed to your Gift of Hope upon each transaction. There is a monthly maintenance fee of $2.50, which is waived for the first 6 months, beginning on the 7th month the maintenance fee is deducted from the gift card until there are no longer any fees left on the Gift of Hope Account
6. Can the Gift of Hope Account be used for foreign purchases?
Yes, the Gift of Hope Account can be used for Internet and phone purchases that are made internationally and accept Visa.
7. Can I convert my Vessel Hope™ Gift of Hope into a regular Gift Card?
No, unfortunately we are unable to transfer funds from your Gift of Hope to a plastic gift card.
8. What is the minimum/maximum value for the Vessel Hope™ Gift of Hope Account?
The minimum face value is $25.00 and the maximum value is $200 and any increments in between.
9. How do I check my balance for my Gift of Hope Account?
You can check your balance on your Gift of Hope Account in 2 different ways:
1. Go to www.Vessel Hope and click on “Check Balance” and enter in your account information.
2. Call out automated system at 877-944-3822 with you account information and select the appropriate choices.
10. Can the balance on a Gift of Hope Account ever become a negative balance?
Any purchase that is attempted to be authorized for an amount that is greater then the available balance on the Gift of Hope Account will be declined. However, if an appropriate authorization is not presented to Vessel Hope, there is a possibility of the card reaching a negative balance once the full amount of a transaction is presented on any previously approved authorized transactions.
11. Is there an additional charge for using the Gift of Hope Account for a foreign purchase?
The same rules that apply for our Standard gift cards will apply to the Gift of Hope in respect to foreign purchase fees, International Fee conversion is subject to a 3% conversion along with a $2.00 flat fee per transaction.
12. What can I do if my Gift of Hope Account expires?
A new Gift of Hope Account can be supplied upon request to replace an expired Gift of Hope Account. The fee for a replacement is $15.00 and can be issued for $25.00 or greater, if the value is less than $25.00 a refund will be sent to the recipient.
13. Can the Gift of Hope Account be used for online gambling?
The Gift of Hope and the Standard Gift Card cannot be used for online gambling, the transaction will be declined.
Pricing Per Gift Card
1. What fees are associated with purchasing a Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card
Ordering
1. Is my name or my recipient's name on the Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card?
You have the option to have a name of your choice on the Gift Card or to have the Gift Card non-personalized.
For a non-personalized Gift Card you can insert your company name or even the text "Gift Card" into the name fields, but these fields do need to be filled.
In addition, there is a 16-digit number that is embossed onto the Gift Card, which gives the Gift Card its own unique identity. Also, a message field is available for you to add a personalized message to the card (no special characters allowed). This field is optional but is included in the fees. The space available in the message field is a total of 23 characters (no special characters allowed) in the first and last name field that include spacing.
*Please note, some internet merchants or telephone purchases require the name and address that is listed for the Gift Card, therefore, it will be important to ensure that the cardholder is aware of the address listed otherwise purchases may be declined through the internet or over the phone.
2. Is there a limit as to how much value the Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card can have?
Yes. For Consumer Orders the minimum face value of a Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card is $25.00 and the maximum face value of the Gift Card is $500.00. Any increment in between is considered a valid amount.
For Bulk Orders the limits depend on the payment method. If you pay by a credit card the minimum face value of a Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card is $25.00 and the maximum face value of the Gift Card is $500.00. If you choose to pay with check/wire the minimum face value of a Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card is $25.00 and the maximum face value of the Gift Card is $500.00.
3. What are the fees to buy the Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card?
The total cost for each Gift Card involves the Gift Card denomination, embossing, fulfillment and shipping charges.

4. What form of payment is accepted to purchase a Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX only for online consumer orders. If you are a corporate client purchasing in bulk, meaning 10 or more Gift Cards, then check or wire payments are also accepted. We do not accept Discover Card.
*Please note when paying with a check for corporate bulk orders we wait 7 business days from the date the check was deposited into our account until we can process the order. Please keep this in mind when ordering your Gift Cards and you need them by a specific date. Wire transfer is recommended for corporate clients, once we receive the funds and the corporate bulk order agreement is signed and faxed back to Vessel Hope™ the order can be processed and shipped out immediately.
5. Can my Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card be non-personalized?

6. Does the gift recipient need to sign an agreement?
The Gift Card recipient accepts our Terms and Conditions either by signing the back of the card, using the card, receiving the card by request or by purchasing the card online at which time at check out a box is manually checked by the purchaser. In addition, each Gift Card is affixed to the Terms and Conditions. This agreement fully explains the rules regarding the use of the card as well as the fees associated to the Gift Card.
By purchasing a Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card you also are accepting all of the terms and usages of the Vessel Hope&trade Visa® Gift Card.
For corporate bulk order customers that are ordering 10 or more Gift Cards a corporate bulk order agreement is required to be signed and faxed back to Vessel Hope™ at 704-644-2924; before the order can be processed. Call us at 704-504-3788 if you need help.
7. Who can order the Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card?
Anyone 18 or older can order a Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card through this web site by using a credit card. Telephone orders are only accepted for corporate bulk order customers. All consumer online purchases of less than 10 Gift Cards must be completed through the website and payment method is with a credit card only.
We verify all purchases both with the customer and the credit card issuing bank to ensure that the order is legitimate.
8. Can I cancel an order already placed with Vessel Hope?
Online orders placed at www.VesselHope.com are processed daily and may be cancelled ONLY before we've processed your request. Should your order be processed and you wish to cancel, we will issue a new gift card for a $15.00 fee. Please note, when you are purchasing a Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card you are accepting all terms and conditions of the Gift Card which clearly states that upon cancellation of order or if Gift Card was not received by USPS, that Vessel Hope™ is not responsible for refunding the shipping, handling, embossing and fulfillment fee for the Gift Card.
9. Is there a minimum dollar amount that can be placed on the Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card?
The minimum face value of the Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card is $25.00 and the maximum value is $500.00 and any increment in between.
10. What should I do if I'm having trouble purchasing a Gift Card with a Visa, MasterCard or AMEX card?
If you are having difficulties with your online purchase of Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Cards please check the following:
Ensure that the 3-digit code on the back of your Visa® or MasterCard card is the same one you are entering on the Gift Card order form. For AMEX cards you need to be sure that you input the 4 digits located in the top right hand corner on the front of your AMEX card.
Make sure the expiration date you have entered matches the expiration date on your card.
Check to see if the address you entered on the Gift Card form is the same as the address on your billing statement.
If you are still having problems, call the issuer of your credit or card to verify all billing information.
Shipping/Delivery
1. When does the gift of Hope recipient receive the Gift Card?
Typically, all Gift Cards are mailed the next business day provided the purchase is verified with the bank and with the purchaser and as long as the order is placed before 4:30 PM ET. Typically, if the Gift Card is less than $250 and the purchaser would like the card sent to the recipient, the gift recipient should receive the Gift Card within seven to ten business days after the order was placed. Gift Cards with a value greater than or equal to $250 will be mailed directly to the Gift Card purchaser, and should arrive in seven to ten business days. The Gift Card is delivered with a carrier that includes information on who sent the Gift Card, the greeting message, and Gift Card value amount. The Policy Disclosure and Terms and Conditions are also included.
2. Is the Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card sent to the gift recipient or to me?
For gift cards with a face value less then $250 we can ship to anywhere in the US. For gift cards with a face value of $250 and over the card needs to be sent to the purchaser. We do this as a security precaution to protect against unauthorized use of credit/debit cards. Once the purchaser receives the card, it can be delivered to the recipient in any manner desired by the purchaser.
3. Can you ship the Gift Card to a P.O. Box or APO Address?
No, Gift Cards are not shipped to P.O. Box addresses or APO addresses, you need to have a specific street address for shipping.
For billing purposes:
Gift Cards greater than $100 can NOT have a P.O. Box for a BILLING address because the cards are shipped directly to the billing address for orders $100 or greater.
4. Does someone need to sign for an express delivery by UPS?
Yes, UPS requires a signature for express shipping.
5. Can I obtain a refund on shipping/handling?
No. We do not offer any refunds on shipping or handling, once you place your order you are agreeing to our terms and conditions, which clearly state that Vessel Hope™ does not refund on shipping or handling of the gift card.
6. Can you deliver orders outside of the United States?
Vessel Hope™ does not offer delivery outside of the United States. In addition, we do not deliver to APO addresses, or accept orders with non-US billing addresses.
7. How long does it typically take for a refund to be issued?
A Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash. A replacement card may be reissued upon review and approval by our Fraud and Risk department, which can take up to 6-8 weeks. Once a decision has been reached, the customer will be contacted to obtain the outcome of the review.
Using the Vessel Hope Visa Gift Card
1. Why are my purchases online (or by telephone) denied when I know the balance is sufficient for my purchase?
It is possible that the address used at the time the Gift Card was purchased is different than your current address. Most online and telephone purchases require that the "billing address" for your purchase match the address on file for your Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card.
You can update your gift card settings by registering your gift card online at www.Vessel Hope. Once you've created an account you can edit the address associated with the card by clicking on the card and then click the link "Change Card Information" on the left.
2. What happens if I need to return an item purchased with my Gift Card?
Each merchant location has its own return policies and will handle the returns in the same manner as any other Visa® transaction. They may credit your Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card, provide a cash refund, or issue a store credit. Please note, Vessel Hope™ is not responsible for returns or credits onto your gift card, you are solely responsible with working directly with the merchant that you are requesting a refund or credit for previously purchased items. If the full balance of your gift card is used for a purchase, making the balance $0.00, the gift card account will automatically be closed. Should you return the merchandise purchased on your gift card after the account is closed. We will reissue a gift card for a $15.00 fee, which is deducted from the gift card value.
3. What if a purchase with my Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card is denied?
There may be a few reasons for purchases being denied. Usually the Gift Card balance is less than the attempted purchase amount. You may inform the merchant of the remaining balance on the Gift Card and use another form of payment to pay the difference, subject to the policy of the merchant. Also, please be aware that use of the Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card at some merchants -- for example, restaurants, mail-order companies, and cruise lines -- require the Gift Card have an available balance greater than the purchase amount to ensure sufficient funds for tips or incidental expenses. Use of the Gift Card at automated fuel dispensers requires a minimum balance of $30. However, only the actual amount spent will be deducted from the Gift Card.
Vessel Hope™ is not involved in the denial of gift cards at merchant locations. We simply can provide you with "tips" on how to use the gift card at merchant locations, however, should you have a dispute or concern regarding a charge at a merchant location then it is the responsibility of the cardholder to contact the merchant directly. Vessel Hope™ does not handle disputes with merchants on the client's behalf.
4. Can I use my Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card at restaurants?
Yes, however, you should be aware that many restaurants factor in an automatic tip of up to 20% when authorizing Gift Card purchases. If your restaurant bill, plus the estimated tip, exceeds the amount remaining on the Gift Card, it may be declined. Should this situation occur, instruct the cashier to deduct a specific amount from the Gift Card and use another form of payment for the balance or tip. Please note, this is not a Vessel Hope™ deduction, this is solely the policy of the restaurant and/or merchant and issues that arise are handled directly between the cardholder and the merchant.
5. Can I use my Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card for recurring payments, like my phone or Internet bill?
No, the Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card cannot be used for recurring payments.
6. Can the Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card be used for online gambling?
No, The Gift of Hope and the Standard Gift Card cannot be used for online gambling, the transaction will be declined.
7. Can I use my Vessel Hope™ Visa® Gift Card for gasoline purchases?
Yes, however, you should be aware that many gas stations send an automatic authorization for Gift Card purchases. This amount is usually the stations average gas purcahse. If this authorization exceeds the amount remaining on the Gift Card, it may be declined. Should this situation occur, instruct the cashier to deduct a specific amount from the Gift Card and use another form of payment for the balance or tip. Please note, this is not a Vessel Hope™ deduction, this is solely the policy of the merchant and issues that arise are handled directly between the cardholder and the merchant.
